In order to improve in an endurance sport like cycling, you need to understand where you are, where you are going, and how to get there.

Knowing where you are starts with knowing you personal training zones. Once you determine them, you can apply a training program that will lead to improvement and ultimately lead to achieving your goals.

Whether you train with heart rate or power, your 1.5 hour session will establish (or re-establish) your unique zones.

At Athleticamps we use laboratory graded testing equipment for our performance testing. We don’t depend on such formulas that utilize max heart rate. We will take the time to accurately assess your unique physiology and make sure you have the proper tools to move forward with your training program.
