Educational Series - 2016

"AthletiCamps is proud to announce a 2-part Nutritional Education Series"

At AthletiCamps we know that your performance is improved by more than just workouts.

The quality, quantity, and timing of your nutritional intake can enhance the work you do on the bike.

Nutrition is one of the most misunderstood topics related to endurance sports.  We will present information to help you cut through the latest info, trends, and pseudoscience to get real facts that will make a difference in your training and your life.

Marlia Braun (noted Phd, RD, and CSSD at UC Davis) will discuss the following two topics:

  • January 20th (6:30pm) - Supplementation, nutrition basics, and latest trends
  • February 3rd (6:30pm) - Exercise nutrition

Through her years as a chief nutritionist at UC Davis, Marlia has learned what dietary tenets make a difference in the lives of people from all walks of life, including endurance athletes.

You invest a significant amount of time and money on endurance sports (equipment, fitness, race/event entry fees).

We guarantee that you will find tremendous value investing in this two-part series.

So get your questions ready, and plan to attend. Sign-ups will be register today!
