Cycling Training Camps - Performance Testing - Weekend

For those cyclists who have limited time, but who still desire to improve, AthletiCamps offers a number of weekend camps throughout the year. These two-day camps are focused on determining your individual heart rate training zones through a simple, non-invasive heart-rate versus power test. You will gain a clear understanding of what these results mean and learn how to apply them to specific cycling workouts.
An important note about the training rides at our camps. All rides are split into groups based on ability and fitness level so every rider will be with others that complement their training. Those levels of fitness will determine each rides distance and terrain. We want to continue to stress that our camps are for ALL levels. All things we do off the bike, like the performance testing and nutritional consultations are done together as a group. The riding is separated to assure that each individual will be comfortable during training rides and gaining the most benefit from their experience.
Contact AthletiCamps for more information regarding our weekend camps.
