2008 Scheduled Training Camps
AthletiCamps’ Cycling Training camps are the primary way we can help you improve your cycling performance and enhance your on-bike experience. During your time in camp, you will participate in physiological testing to determine your: current level of fitness, define your heart rate and power training zones, and learn how an individualized training program will continue to benefit your cycling after you leave camp. You will also participate in some incredible training rides in the Sierra Gold Country which will help you develop your group riding skills and establish an endurance fitness base. We strive to create a true team environment and have fun.
Whichever camp you choose, you will leave camp with a clear understanding of how to take your cycling skills to the next level and with the enthusiasm to put your improvement into your pedals.
