Performance Camps
“AthletiCamps has a really good camp program going. Bruce and his experienced team have created a system that can help different levels of cyclists improve. I wish I would have had camps like these available to me during the initial stages of my career” - Rubuens Bertiglioti (Team Type 1); 2009, 2010 Swiss National Professional Time Trial Champion
“Cycling camps at Athleticamps are a great way to learn about the improvement process, from nutrition to training. Bruce and his team are truly passionate cycling coaches and love the sport. Their camps will take you to some of the most beautiful areas of Northern California. Dont miss this opportunity to take your cycling to the next level” - Dr. Massimo Testa, BMC Team Physician
The AthletiCamps Difference
AthletiCamps Performance Camps and Tours are modeled after those run by professional cycling teams. The objective is to Train, Analyze, Educate and Enjoy!
By end of camp you will be stronger, smarter and most importantly, leave with the necessary knowledge to go home and apply what you learned to your training program for future improvement.
And as a added bonus, experienced some of the finest scenery in the country while training on the same roads used by Pro Tour riders like Chris Horner and Vladimir Efimkin.

2012 Training Camp Descriptions and Dates:
- Season Opening Camp - January 26th - 29th - Begin your 2012 season with the Season Opening Training Camp. The goal of the camp is to determine your benchmark fitness level through performance testing and create a season-long training plan based your individual goals.

An important note about the training rides at our camps. All rides are split into groups based on ability and fitness level so every rider will be with others that complement their training. Those levels of fitness will determine each rides distance and terrain. We want to continue to stress that our camps are for ALL levels. All things we do off the bike, like the performance testing and nutritional consultations are done together as a group. The riding is separated to assure that each individual will be comfortable during training rides and gaining the most benefit from their experience.
