2008 Camp Descriptions and Dates:
- Spring Camp I - March 11th - 16th, 2008 - Begin your 2008 season with the March Testing and Endurance camp in Rocklin, CA. The goal of the camp is to determine your benchmark fitness level through physiological testing and create a season-long training plan based your individual goals.
- Summer Camp - July 15th - 20th, 2008 - Our summer camp is a great time to check your midseason fitness thru Performance Testing and adjust your training program for the rest of the season.
- Transition Camp - October 7th - 12th, 2008 - This camp will focus on the "transition" from one season to the next. The off-season in cycling is the most important time to prepare for the following year. October in Northern California is an optimal time to ride and accomplish this goal. AthletiCamps will help you evaluate last year's program and plan an off-season that will act as a solid base for the following year's training.

- Performance Testing and Bike Fitting with UC Davis Sports Performance Lab
- 6 days; 5 nights - Rocklin Park Hotel - you can also extend you camp stay, please contact AthletiCamps for details.
