Cycling Training Camps - Four Day
Bringing Cycling and Health Together
Four day training camps are a great way to get a concentrated dose of cycling information and experience in a relatively short period of time. Join AthletiCamps for these extended weekend events that focus on performance testing, skills, riding, nutrition and training-program development. You will leave these camps with a clear path towards improvement, and will want to come back for more.

- Pre-camp interview on the phone with a camp staff member to discuss what specifically you would like to take away from your camp experience
- Performance Testing and Bike Fitting with UC Davis Sports Performance Lab
- Coaching
- Lectures on nutrition by qualified staff (private consultations also available)
- Training program development
- Workout demonstrations on the road.
- Scenic training rides through the foothills of the Northern Sierra Gold Country with support vehicle.
