For the past five years, Judd has gained an incredible amount of knowledge working in the UC Davis Sports Performance Program as a biomechnical engineer doing both bike fittings and performance testing. Working side-by-side with literally thousands of cyclists and triathletes, both in the lab and out on the road as a coach, Judd applies his unique experience and knowledge to assuring a successful coach-athlete relationship. Judd has a passion for cycling and wants to share that passion with you.

Individual Coaching
Cost: $225 per month

- Daily workouts in week long format
- Continuous goal setting and review
- Unlimited email and phone contact
- Limited riding with coach
- Initial heart rate versus power testing to determine heart rate and power training zones, wattages, etc.
- Heart rate versus power follow-up testing (as needed)
- Body composition including body fat and body mass index (BMI)
- Pedal stroke analysis (optional)
- Performance testing (Max VO2 or Lactate Response to Exercise - optional)
- Biomechanical testing (optional)
- 6 month commitment, $50 start-up fee
